Clients reviews about Expert Movers and Packers Abu Dhabi

I constantly saw the workers of the company in the community across the past five years, and I thought if other people are working with them, they should do at least a decent job. To be honest, they "delivered" what they promised, and even more. The packing was good, everything was protected, the transport was good, the reassembling of the furniture was good, and also.. the glassware.. fully intact. Even tho the price was slightly higher than others, i prefer to pay few more hundred dirhams and to have way more less risks of breaking items, than booking shady movers from fb market, that don't give you any warranty or contract ~ shtefalaw

First I want to say it was the best experience I ever had in this kind of service, from communication, clarity, very professional customer service ,calls ,messages. Timing ,efficiency, practicality, the team is very kind and happily doing the job. The preparation, dismantled all items and packed and boxed in a very safe handy ,speedy way. Transfered from Alain to Abudhabi all our goods without any complain or arguments, three big trucks 12 great men's, Reached Alreem Island and handled all the hassle of parking ,and security issue of the building ,transfered the goods to the 19th floor and un packed all items and installed all items back ,cleared boxes and we really really appreciate all the efforts the comp any put to bring us to our new home safely And I can till the price they charge is the best compared to other movers we used before and also the people gave us quotes for this move . They handled fragile items with precision, packed efficiently, and loaded the truck with expertise. The crew was friendly, communicative, and worked quickly without compromising quality. Their rates were reasonable, and the entire process was stress-free. They also helped the person moving out of the other apartment without any extra charge. 10 days to pack up 3 years of my life into a storage unit in Mussafah — that's the kind of timeline that could break most moving experiences, but Expert Movers & Packers made it happen without the stress. They showed up prepared and just got to work. They brought extra boxes for my wardrobe and kitchen items without me even having to ask, helped me pack everything from clothes to fragile kitchenware, and left me extra bubble wrap and wrapping paper for all the last-minute odds and ends I found along the way. We ended up needing 2 trips to get everything to the unit, and they stayed helpful, patient, and easygoing through every single one. Nothing was rushed, nothing was careless, and nothing arrived damaged — which says a lot given how tight the timeline was. If you're moving in Abu Dhabi, do yourself a favor and book them ASAP. I will only ever use Expert Movers & Packers for my moves going forward, and I'd tell anyone considering a move to do the same. ~ Honey B

Excellent team and company. Best priced, the team was on time, accommodating to our requests, and made us feel comfortable to leave while they’re taking care of the move. They did everything perfectly, and the scorching summer heat barely slowed them down. When the new building decided to shorten the move in period, two extra movers showed up immediately to speed things up. Genuinely thank you team for making moving much less stressful. ~ AR Z

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended movers and packers. Moving a villa is no joke. We arranged the move for 9:00 AM, and the team was at the security gate even before that. Everything was packed in just under a few hours and moved to the new villa around lunchtime. By late evening, we were settled into our new house, it didn't even feel like we moved. I'm really thankful for the exceptional service. ~ Volkswagen 1

The team has done well moving my larger items as that was what I requested, and they went above and beyond by taking some smaller bits along the way which was great help. I had a slight issue with the washing machine after moving and the team came and fixed it right away at no extra cost which I appreciate. Fast and efficient work and great communication! ~ Safeya A
